Garden Fresh Green Beans

I usually get a bumper crop of green beans so I am always looking for delicious ways to prepare them. And sometimes the simplest recipe is the best but I do like to get creative once in a while too. These are some of my favorites, some just an easy preparation description and some a found recipe.

Lots of beans! Toss fresh beans with equal parts olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add some garlic and salt if you like. Grill for several minutes just until tender, stir occasionally. This is also a great way to salvage tough overgrown beans, grill quite a bit longer until good and roasted, and tender!
